Beliefs and Core Values at Spring Valley Mennonite

We are an imperfect congregation of believers, striving to serve Christ, one another, the community and the World. We are a member of the South-Central District , which is a member of LMC fellowship of anabaptist churches. Spring Valley Church is a welcoming and friendly community, committed to love and serve others.

Our Core Values are:	We seek to live godly and peaceful lives, living as Jesus would have us live. We value the Bible as our ultimate guide in doctrine and faith. We live in close community within the church, serving and helping one another. Jesus said, "They will know that you are My disciples as you have love for one another." We value service to others as one of our highest callings. God has called us to share the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world, therefore Missions, both local and abroad, are a high priority. We believe generosity is commanded by scripture, and strive to live simply freeing up resources for giving.
